Lefkada Island

Known as the Caribbean of Greece, Lefkada has quite a few traditional seaside villages, exotic wild beaches and perfect places for water sports. The eastern side of the island is more family friendly, meanwhile, in the west can be found the wilder beaches.

First, visit the lovely traditional villages offer to get a glimpse about how life on the island used to be, to taste traditional Greek food at the taverns and enjoy the cheerful atmosphere.
Beaches

Proto Katsiki
One of the most popular beaches from Lefkada because of its surrounding scenic hills. To get to the beach you have to walk down 80 stairs along the cliff.
Moreover, you can try out different water sports on the golden sandy beach or just lay and enjoy the sun. 🌞
Milos beach
An idyllic beach in the western part of Lefkada. You can not go by car, only by foot or boat. It is a 20 minutes walking distance from Aghios Nikitas village. Although there are no facilities here, you can to bring enough supplies for as long as you plan on staying.
Kefalonia Island

Kefalonia is the largest island of the Ionian group so the tourism is spread even in high season.
As most of the Greek islands, Kefalonia also has beautiful scenery. It is formed by azure seas and emerald green mountains. The island is the perfect destination both for families and a romantic holiday.
Assos Village

A picturesque village on the northern part of the island, where you can spend your dreamy holiday, listening to the sea and enjoying the island’s natural beauty.
Assos village is close to the famous Myrtos beach, the highlight of Kefalonia island.
Drogarati Caves
Beautiful caves in the eastern part of the island, 5 km far from Sami village. They are believed to be more than 100 million years old. It has two parts, to get from the first one into the second one, you have to climb a few stairs.
Beaches

Myrtos Beach
The beach is facing west, is one of the best spots to watch the sunset. The water is very clear, there are almost no waves at all, which makes it perfect for a family holiday.
The beach has a limited number of beach beds and umbrellas, it is best if you better go prepared with your own sheet.

Antisamos Beach
The beach is close to Sami resort. Antisamos is surrounded by green areas and the beach is long and wide. There are sunbeds and umbrellas but the beach can get busy in high season.
